It certainly doesn't seem like a year since I first sat down and summoned the mighty lions to the racecourse for their very first game but it is (see www.colombolions.com for first match photos), and to commemorate our 1st anniversary I have organised a re-match against our very first opponents, the Old Anandians.
Here it is, next up: Opposition: Old Anandians
Venue: Morasgasmulla Ground, near Obeysekerapura ground, off Kotte Road
Time/Date: Saturday 20th August, meet up 3:30 at OBI WAN KENOBI ground, kick off 4:45
As always, a YES/NO as soon as possible. Afterwards, there was talk of pizza and beer at the POETS bar. can we have confirmation chairman Ainsworth, captain Hicks?
