Lads,
A sloppy first half against the Kandana youngsters saw 4 goals against. With a defensive back four and keeper who had never played as a unit together before errors were to be expected. Even so, we still made some unforgivable mistakes - myself included.
But let's finally focus on the best bits and praise our successes, which is something we do not do enough of. Our second half performance - a 2-0 win to us effectively - was magnificent. Commitment; pride and passion. That's what being a Lion is all about.
We almost went over the edge due to the strength of feeling. Yet we still pulled back and finished the game in a relatively peaceful way.
