Dear Karsten,
We are pleased to inform you that Bentota Beach Hotel has restored all the services and facilities since the tsunami. We were fortunate to have had only minimal damage and the hotel has always been operational throughout the entire period.
The Management and Staff have worked tirelessly to make sure the Hotel operates to provide the standards and services for which it represents. It was extremely encouraging and fulfilling to have received many inquiries about the hotel and the staff by most of our guests who had experienced our hospitality.
In spite of the tragedy that our country and our people have been faced with, we are determined to work towards restoring and rehabilitating our countrymen. The hotel has undertaken many projects towards this worthy cause.
We have also been fortunate to have guest continue to stay with us and who are still arriving on their planned holidays. A British couple celebrated their wedding on the beautiful lawns of the hotel early this year. A young Italian guest of ours took a dive into the blue waters of the swimming pool while it was in the process of been refilled. The hotel's elephant Manika and the mahout are also in their famous corner to welcome the guests and offer a memorable jumbo ride.
We would be interested in being listed on your site.

Moments of the many occasions are attached for your reference.
Yours sincerely,
